Once upon a time, not so very long ago........

Little Leon was born with a poorly heart. This made his Mummy and Daddy sad and they decided to search for a special friend who would keep Little Leon company and look after him while he was in hospital.............

The Adventure begins..............

Trains and boats and....err...Tractors!

 Ok, we're back!

Sorry the updates have been a bit sporadic, a combination of not being well, mummy busy building a website thingy for hew new business and daddy generally being a bit under the weather and still suffering on and off with his back!

So, what's been happening?
Well, daddy bought mummy a present of a long weekend away for Mothers day, so a few weeks ago we packed every one up and off we went to Norfolk. It was fab, we stayed in Caister and it was right by the beach, the weather was good to us as well so i took the opportunity to run on the sand and have a paddle!

Crickey, it's a bit colder than the last sea I was in!!

Cheeeeeeeeeeeeeeeese!
As it was fathers day whilst we were there, mummy and I took daddy on a choo choo ride on the Bure Valley light railway, you cant beat a steam train, chooo chooo they go. This one was special as it went to a place called Wroxham where all the broads live (or something like that, daddy was waffling on again....) and we got to go on a boat trip as well!
Choo Choo!

I'm on a train!

I can't see any pirates!

Leaving Port!

Nose hugz for fathers day!

the boat trip was great fun, daddy had packed a picnic, so of course after i'd eaten it, I had to have a snooze, so I left daddy on watch until we returned to port.

We got the train back to Aylsham and then paid a visit to Wroxham barns for coffee and cake (well, it would have been rude not to)

The next day the weather was a little iffy so we had a drive around, I had a little snooze and then after lunch i took mummy and showed her how to play on the slides a climbing frames...
What do you call tha mummy?

Watch and learn mummy, watch and learn!
The next day we went to a lovely Shire horse Sanctury / animal rescue centre near Sheringham, it was raing when we got there, so coffee and cake was in order (vegan, gluten free), they are a little over the top with the vegetarian / vegan ethos here, but they mean well. There are quite a few things to look at inside if the waether is not too good, so always worth a look if you are in the area.
Tracteeerrrr

Mummy contempates the romany life!

Big 'osses
All too soon it was time to go home, but not before we had some fab fish 'n' chips from Sheringham, Little Leon had a full adult portion all to himself! We stopped and picked up from fresh Cromer crabs for the two grandmas (who both said they were lovely).

Since we've been home we have celebrated Little Leons 3rd Heart Birthday, 3 years, 3 years filled with making memories,  3 years of smiles, laughter, worry and tears. Leon is doing well, the worry will never go away,  but we do not let that stop us doing stuff. Life is for living, we are lucky, we have a loving family, we do daft things, make happy memories, a treasure every moment together.

Daddy is currently looking for the next adventure, we have a trip to London soon to see auntie Jess and Uncle Manir before they go on their own adventure for a few months, There will be some supper tallships there as well, so Little Leon can be a real Pirate!

Shee you shoon!

So until next time, it's TTFN.....
